4. Incident at the General Clinic Operated by 3T Company is Unrelated to Us

The violations at the general clinic operated by 3T Company are not related to our clinic, which is owned by Drip Care Company. We operate independently and always ensure compliance with legal regulations, maintaining transparency in all activities and committing to service quality. Our clinic has received a quality rating of 4.25/5.00 (self-assessment by the Quality Management Unit and registered on the clinic quality evaluation portal of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health).

5. Regarding Unfair Competition

We have noticed that some unfair competitors have taken advantage of the rapid spread of information on the internet to disseminate false information about our clinic. This misinformation not only confuses our customers but also negatively impacts our reputation. We are committed to providing prompt and official responses to protect our customers' rights and trust.

6. Customer Support Policy

• The clinic organizes free consultation sessions to address any questions and provide special support for those who may have been affected by the misinformation.
• Drip Care is ready to share with customers video footage from our security cameras, showing how competitors planted fake customers (posing as reporters) in our clinic to distort information.
